Serve frozen tropical fruit drinks and garnish each with a mini cocktail umbrella and a small skewer of fruit. Have a large bowl of goldfish crackers, a plate of tropical fruits and lots of gummy fish on-hand for snacking. Serve sea creature cupcakes as the birthday treat: simply ice cupcakes with aqua-colored frosting, swirling it and making peaks to give the appearance of waves. Embellish each cupcake with a small figurine (fish, octopus, whale, seahorse or scuba diver figurines are all available at craft supply stores). Kids can use the figurines to decorate their fish bowls once the cupcake's gone.
